AGS Delays & Cancellations
If AGS calls a delay or cancellation, it will be communicated through our school messaging system, phone call and/or email and/or text message, as well as social media.

To ensure you receive these notifications, make sure you are set to receive them in your FACTS Family Portal by following these instructions:

• Log on to your FACTS Family Portal
• Click on Family, then Family Home
• Click on Custodial Parent Form 
• You must have Parent Alert: Cell Phone marked as YES to get a call
• You must have Parent Alert: No Text as NO to get a text
  
  

Public School District Delays & Cancellations
If you use your public school district's bussing service to get to and/or from AGS, know that you should follow that school district's schedule. If your public school district of residence is delayed or cancelled, and your child is tardy or absent due to that delay or cancellation, the tardy or absence will be excused. Also, please note that if AGS is delayed or cancelled, and your public school district of residence is business as usual, the bussing service to AGS may be impacted.
